Notes:

1. Strictly no admission for children aged 3 years or below into the venue. Those under 14 must be accompanied by an adult and require a full-priced ticket.

2. All areas are numbered seating. All seats are allocated by the system as the "Next Available Seat." Please review your seat location, event, and performance date carefully before purchasing.

3. Tickets are issued on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability. Ticket(s) bought are non-cancellable, non-changeable, and non-refundable except for event cancellations, postponements, or special cases as determined by organiser.

4. Each ticket is attached with a UNIQUE QR code (one-time use only) which will be scanned upon venue admission. Please refrain from posting your booking confirmation and e-ticket(s) online or share it with others to prevent forgery.

5. Star Planet Membership Points Rewards is not applicable for this show.

6. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia & exclude RM6 Booking Fee (exclude 8% SST).

7. There will be a RM10 Operational Fee (exclude 8% SST) applicable per transaction.

8. Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.

9. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or significant changes to the venue or content, we will attempt to notify purchasers using the provided contact details. However, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to confirm the Event’s status. The Organiser or event management is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred due to event changes.

10. All other ticket bookings and event terms and conditions remain applicable at all times. The Organiser reserves the right to make alterations or changes without prior notice.

‘GRAVITY’ serves as a metaphor for the inevitable pull between an artist and his audience—an invisible yet unbreakable force that transcends time and distance. It celebrates a bond that has only deepened during his absence, proving that no matter how far the journey, true hearts always find their way back to the center.

This tour marks a historic homecoming, coinciding with the launch of XIA’s fifth full-length album, "GRAVITY", arriving this June. Breaking a ten-year hiatus since the landmark Xignature (2016), this project signals a powerful return to his identity as a recording artist. After a decade of commanding the musical theatre stage, XIA enters this breathtaking new chapter with a narrative of souls who, though weathered by different paths, remain anchored to one another by an undeniable attraction.

5. Only tickets purchased through the Organiser’s designated official channels are valid. All ticket sales and purchases are at the sole discretion of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to verify and cancel tickets resold, scalped, or used for unauthorised commercial purposes without refund. Tickets may not be resold or used for advertising, promotions, commercial activities, competitions, lucky draws, trade promotions, or offered as gifts with other products or services. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates event terms, behaves inappropriately, or disrupts the event without refund or compensation.

7. Late Entry Policy: The event is scheduled to begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please arrive early or on time. Actual performance times may vary without prior notice. Latecomers will only be admitted at appropriate intervals.
